Next Friday is my girlfriend’s birthday and like usual I have not even thought about what to get her much less buy her anything. I only know of one thing that I can definitely buy her and that is a nice fleece vest. I have one myself and she always says how much she likes it and wishes she had one on the rare occasion that I wear mine. If I wasn’t a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier than her I’d just give her mine to wear. So I have that as a starting off point but I need to get her more than that of course. We have been together for almost 5 years now so good gifts are expected. I thought about just breaking down and buying her an engagement ring but the timing just isn’t right. She’s still in school and I’m just starting my career. I’d rather wait until we are a little more financially secure before I spend big bucks on a ring.
